CNYHHN, Inc. Drop-Off Location for Stuff the Bus This YeaR

CNYHHN, Inc. is excited to announce their participation in this year’s Stuff the Bus campaign. CNYHHN’s office at 326 Catherine Street in Utica will serve as a Stuff the Bus Drop-Off location for new, unwrapped toys from now until December 10th at 10 am.

According to the Stuff the Bus website (stuffthebuscny.com), Stuff the Bus is an annual toy drive created to help the less fortunate in the Mohawk Valley have a happy holiday season despite any financial circumstances their families might have. It was started in 2008 by Roser Communications Network & its stations, 97.9/105.5 KISS FM, BUG Country 99.7 & 101.1, and TALK! 100.7 in conjunction with WKTV NewsChannel 2. Over the last 10 years over 100,000 toys have been collected. And every one of those toys have stayed right here in the Mohawk Valley and have gone to kids in Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, Otsego, Fulton and Montgomery Counties.

Central New York Health Home Network (CNYHHN) providing care management services since July 2013, assists high risk and high need individuals with complex combinations of chronic conditions and/or severe mental illness with Medicaid so that they can better utilize health care, social services, and community and natural supports. Their trained workforce of care managers ensures that everyone involved in a person’s care – from doctors to community service members – is working together to help create the best possible lives for people.
